Louisville KY Real Estate
Louisville KY is the 17th largest city in the United States, but it has a small town feel to it. One of its greatest strengths is its diversity. One night, you can go to the Kentucky Center for the Arts, listen to the Louisville Orchestra and dine on caviar, fois gras, & American Wagyu beef - and the next go to the Kentucky Fair and Exposition Center, watch a Tractor Pull, and eat fried pickles, & country ham with red eye gravy.
Louisville KY is home to a variety of local attractions such as the Louisville Slugger Museum, the Kentucky Derby, and the Frasier Arms Museum.
Here is a bit of trivia: Louisville Kentucky is the WORLD’s largest distribution center for lobsters. Surprising? Not really, once you start investigating things a bit further. Louisville KY has an UPS hub. And when lobsters are harvested, it stresses them - and that affects the quality of their meat. So they get flown to Louisville for a 3 day “vacation”, and then shipped out to the rest of America. Its similar for many other types of products/produce - and as such, Louisville is home to some of the best dining that you will find anywhere in the country.
