The Shelbyville Kentucky newspaper, The Sentinel News, posted the most recent Shelby County KY real estate transfers for week ending 2-1-2008.

One interesting thing to note that I thought was good to see, is that some of what would be classified as luxury homes for sale were starting to move AND builders were purchasing lots and doing lot transfers which would indicate an increased level of activity for new homes construction.  Several homes approaching $500,000 were sold this week.  Always good to see a higher level of quality activity for the community.
