Louisville Kentucky Real Estate

Activity appears to be picking up quite a bit for the Shelby County KY real estate market. Transfers were up in volume and average price for the week ending February 15 2008. If you take out the trust and inter-family transfers, you can see that most of the properties were in the $150,000 to $300,000 price range. There were no luxury homes listed as being transferred this week in the $1 million or greater range. Still, its good to see that end of the market starting to get some greater activity. It has been relatively slow for quite a while now, and the real estate needed a good pick me up to get ready for the spring homes market thats coming up.
